Terms of Service

The rules for using amitermed. They are written to be read, not skimmed past. If you break them, you can be warned, suspended or banned, and the person who invited you can be held responsible too.

The short version

One person, one account

Your account is yours alone. No alts, no shared logins, no automated sign ups.

Keep your page safe

No scams, malware, explicit content, harassment, doxxing or anything illegal.

Breaking rules has consequences

Warnings add up. 3 warnings means an automatic 7 day suspension. Serious violations skip straight to a ban.

You vouch for your invites

If someone you invite breaks the rules, you can be warned or banned alongside them.

Your account

By creating an account or using amitermed, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

  • You need to be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it.
  • Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, including anything done by someone you let use it.
  • One account per person. Creating extra accounts, or a new account after a suspension or ban, is ban evasion and will be treated as such.
  • We look at signals like your device and network to stop automated sign ups and ban evasion. Trying to get around that is a violation in itself.
  • Names are claimed, not owned. We can reclaim a name that is impersonating someone or being squatted.

The rules

These apply to everything on your page: text, links, images, video, audio, your Discord presence and your username. When staff take action, the notice you receive links to the rule you broke.

01

Illegal content or activity

Nothing on your page can break the law where you live or where we operate.

  • Selling or advertising drugs, weapons, stolen data or counterfeit goods
  • Linking to pirated software, cracked accounts or leaked material
  • Anything involving the sexual exploitation of minors, which is reported immediately
02

Harassment, threats and hate

Your page is yours, not a weapon against someone else.

  • Targeting, threatening or encouraging harm against a person or group
  • Hate speech or slurs aimed at race, religion, gender, sexuality or disability
  • Pages made to mock, shame or pile on a specific person
03

Impersonation and deception

Be yourself. Do not pretend to be someone, or something, you are not.

  • Pretending to be another person, creator, brand or staff member
  • Fake verification marks, fake badges or misleading official branding
  • Claiming to be us or implying you work with us when you do not
04

Sexual or graphic content

Pages are public and can be opened by anyone, so keep them safe to open.

  • Pornographic images, video or audio on your page or background
  • Gore, extreme violence or shock content
  • Linking straight to explicit material without any warning
05

Malware, phishing and scams

Every link on your page has to be safe to click.

  • Phishing pages, fake logins, token grabbers or credential stealers
  • Malware, droppers or anything that runs without consent
  • Fake giveaways, crypto doubling, fake middleman or other scams
06

Doxxing and private information

Other people’s private details are never yours to post.

  • Home addresses, phone numbers, real names or photos shared without consent
  • Leaked private messages, IP addresses or account details
  • Threatening to release someone’s information
07

Spam, alts and ban evasion

One person, one account, used honestly.

  • Mass creating accounts or using tools to automate sign ups
  • Making a new account after being suspended or banned
  • Squatting names to resell them, or flooding pages with referral links
08

Invite abuse and accountability

Invites are trust. You are vouching for every person you bring in.

  • Selling, trading or publicly posting your invite codes
  • Inviting someone you know was banned, or inviting your own alts
  • Inviting people who go on to break these rules, which can put your account at risk too
09

Payment fraud and chargebacks

Pay honestly, and only with money that is yours to spend.

  • Using stolen cards, accounts or crypto to add balance
  • Opening a chargeback or dispute after receiving your plan
  • Trying to exploit, duplicate or transfer balance you did not pay for

Enforcement

Most problems start with a warning. The steps below are how things normally escalate, but staff can skip straight to a suspension or a permanent ban for anything serious, like scams, malware, doxxing, illegal content or ban evasion.

  1. Step 1

    Warning

A notice on your dashboard and by email explaining what broke the rules. Fix it and carry on.

  2. Step 2

    Final warning

Your last notice. Invites are paused until it is cleared, and the next step is losing access.

  3. Step 3

    Suspension

You are signed out, your page goes offline, and you cannot sign in until the suspension ends.

  4. Step 4

    Permanent ban

Your account and page are gone for good, your invites stop working, and new accounts get banned on sight.

Warnings add up

Every 3 active warnings trigger an automatic 7 day suspension. Warnings stay on your record unless staff remove them.

You will always be told

Every action shows up on your dashboard and is emailed to you with the rule it relates to. Suspensions show when they end.

While you are suspended or banned your page is hidden, you are signed out everywhere, and any invite codes you created stop working. Creating another account to get around this is ban evasion and leads to a permanent ban on every account involved.

If you think a decision was wrong, contact us with your username and what happened. We read every appeal, but a decision is not reversed just because you asked.

Invites and responsibility

You are responsible for who you invite

When you hand out an invite you are vouching for that person. If they break these terms, staff can take action against you as well, from a warning up to a permanent ban, depending on how serious it was and whether you knew.

  • How many invites you get depends on your plan, and resets every 30 days.
  • Invites are not for sale. Selling, trading or posting codes publicly is a violation.
  • Inviting your own alts, or someone you know was banned, is treated as ban evasion.
  • A final warning pauses your invites. A ban switches off every code you created.

Plans and balance

  • Balance is store credit for amitermed. It is added by staff once your payment is confirmed and can only be spent on plans here.
  • Balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account or exchanged for money.
  • Plans are digital and apply straight away, so purchases are final. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will put it right.
  • Lifetime plans last as long as your account does. Timed plans end on the date shown in your dashboard.
  • A suspension or ban does not refund a plan. Chargebacks or payment disputes lead to a permanent ban.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. By putting it on your page you give us permission to store it, process it, for example converting audio and video, and show it to anyone who opens your page.

Only upload things you have the right to use. We remove content when we receive a valid copyright complaint, and repeat infringement is grounds for a ban.

We can remove content or hide a page at any time if it breaks these terms, even before any other action is taken.

Changes to these terms

We will update these terms as the site changes. When we do, the version number at the top goes up and you will be asked to read and accept the new version the next time you open your dashboard. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it online and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be available, and we are not responsible for content posted by other people.
